Q: What is your refund or cancellation policy?

A deposit in the amount of $200.00 + GST ($210.00 total) is required to be transferred upon successful registration. 1. All camp deposits are non-refundable. 2. Camp credits are not offered or issued for future camps. 3. Full refunds (minus deposit) are eligible up to 30 days before camp start date. 4. Camp withdrawal less than 30 days before camp start date are not eligible for refunds or credit. 5. Withdrawals due to injury or illness are to be complimented by a doctor's note for RB Hockey Development Ltd. review.

Q: What if a session is full?

If a program or event has reached capacity, you’ll see it marked as Full on the schedule. In that case, you can join the Waitlist by completing a short form. We’ll contact you if a spot becomes available. For high-demand programs, we recommend registering early to secure your place.

Q: Can my child attend multiple programs?

Yes — players are encouraged to participate in more than one program if they wish. Many athletes combine on-ice training with off-ice conditioning, and also take advantage of guest speaker sessions. Each program is designed to complement the others, helping players grow into well-rounded athletes.
